• Responsible for maintaining Pain Doctors & PA Schedules on the shared drive and to properly record into the correct station.

• Complete payment entry in a timely and accurate manner including: 1. Post payment to practice management system (patient would call in with credit card payments and personally checks from the EFT which would be posted to patents accounts the next business day
2. Records batch totals with date and initials on payment receipt spreadsheet 3. Balances batches and run transaction reports
4. Verify all EFT deposit and scan checks posted by month end
• Identify any payment not being paid at the allowed contracted amount and communicate this to the appropriate billing AR and or Manager
• Processed patients and insurance refunds daily
