Reporting to my Chief Operations Officer, I coordinate cyber defense operations with various government agencies and international partners. I manage a 20 person staff consisting of five sections supporting three companies consisting of over 500 Army personnel, civilians, and their families, testing systems and monitoring for malicious activity. If any suspicious activity was detected I coordinated teams to travel to those location, within the United States and internationally to resolve the situation. My duties include:
● Providing situational awareness and information dissemination and refine Standard Operating Procedures.
● Ensure that communication from senior leadership was delivered in a clear and concise form that fostered understanding at lower levels.
● Deliver training for eight Cyber Protection Teams and two National Mission Teams. There was an issue when we experienced a disruption with a tool kit that was monitoring external national security. I quickly assembled a team, travelled to the site and the problem was resolved within 48 hours. Because of my reputation as a person who gets things done, I have always met and exceeded expectations.

I served as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of a National Cyber Protection Team. I qualified as a Senior Network Analyst within 6 months. Part of my responsibility was the care and well-being of over 40 soldiers and Department of Defense Army civilians that executed global Hunt Forward Operations.
● Ensured individual readiness and logistics requirements to supply rapidly deployable teams.
● Coordinated and executed all team training and participation in multinational training events.
● Maintained team cohesiveness and equipment while split globally to accomplish the forward mission.
● Managed property valued in excess of $2 million dollars. I demonstrated my ability to think strategically and act tactically when one of our international partners noticed malicious activity in their system, including infiltration, viruses and access to proprietary information. My team and I identified the perpetrators and developed a set of actions to protect the system.
