I know I would be a great addition to the company with my knowledge and experience. With my current and prior positions I have extensive client skills and a strong work ethic. I have experience both in office and field work.

In my previous position as an Assistant Superintendent. I conduct inspections, write reports, schedule my work with contractors based on incoming jobs while ensuring work is done in a timely manner. I keep project managers up to date and communicate with them as needed daily by emails, phone calls in person.I have OSHA 30 training for all site safety. I need to stay abreast to changes within the industry for compliance. I continue to attend refresher training as needed for the industry and to keep my certifications active. I can easily read a manual and proceed with my job. Familiar with tools used out in the field and lab for inspections and testing purposes. I have experience in Geological work, fill placement, over excavating, backfill placement and processing. Drilling of Piers, concrete mix and placement, rebar specs,asphalt paving and mix designs. Roof tar and mat placement. Fireproof inspections to name a few. Asphalt A&B 1&2 WAQTC soils. Also electrical installations as conduits, panels,battery charging systems, water mains & Fire sprinklers systems. Tilt wall panels,concrete slab pours interior columns, ceiling beams & joists. Wall studs & framing & HVAC systems,. Installing dock levelers & doors.

My communication skills are well rounded and I work well with others. In my daily dealing I can work with a CEO builder to a flagger on various locations. I know how to ask the important questions of the what, how and whys of a job. Showing respect to all my co-works and clientele. I am under the importance of being on time. Getting work completed is detailed in reports so there are not lingering issues that could arise later after an inspection is completed. These are just a few of my professional attributes.
