PERSONAL PROFILE

I am a self - motivated ambitious individual with a positive attitude who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task I undertake,or situation that I am presented with. I was raise in a construction family,so I have a genuine interest in construction and architectural draftsman and I continue to take on new challenges to be able to move my career forward and progress.

I have the skills needed to work within a team to achieve objectives,I am also very comfortable and confident in working alone, doing repetitive and managing myself when it is needed.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

KTI (Kumasi Technical Institution) 2013 - 2016

I completed a 3years, level 2 apprenticeship in qualified as a building draftsman and construction during my schooling I was introduce to Auto CAD, Chief Architect, Spread sheet, Excel and Microsoft office.

During my first and second year as an apprentice I achieve a level 3 in Advance building draftsmanship

I was an apprentice for A.A consult as a site supervisor, we deal with making sure that a building is constructed according to it plan and all safety precaution are in place Currently

After my apprenticeship I got a job as architectural draftsman and site supervisor,we prepare building documents,block laying,renovation,tiling,plastering,painting,electrician,plumbing and roofing.

I have been using Autocad and Chief Architect to prepare all building documents (Site layout,foundation plan,ground floor plan,roof plan,elevations,sections,electrical layout,plumbing layout and 3D) since 2017 till now.I have been supervising our new project at Boaso,Pankrono,Kenyase,Abrewa Ruth and Appre.
