·Evaluated work-place hazards and created task-based PPE grids for 7 process plants and implemented fall protection usage in critical areas.
·Identified a need and built business case for custom fitted hearing protection, executed project and saved money.
·Identified a need and built business case for the use of powered air purifying respirators for material off-loading stations at Corteva Michigan Operations.
·Identified the need for implementation of Industrial Rope Access, built business case, became a certified industrial rope access technician, brought the work modality back to Midland, MI site, trained departments in recognition of work types, planning and permitting of the work. Saved the site $800K per year.
