Led IRAD project developing the capacity and performance requirements for a virtual reality army tactical command trainer for the U.S. Army (WARSIM 2000).

Chief engineer, proposal lead and system architect for a virtual reality / simulation trainer proposal for the U.S. Army

(FSCATT). Led a team of hardware and software engineers in designing and developing the technical solutions, system functional requirement analyses, trade studies, subcontract specifications and statements of work (SOW).

Developed system requirements, software requirements, data and command interface specifications, test and integration plans, special test equipment (STTE) functional requirements, and verification plans for multiple fixed price development programs.

Defined the test methodology for system performance tests and analyzed the test and calibration results to confirm system compliance with functional requirements.

Developed the system requirements, test and integration plan, and verification plan for digital to analog conversion sub-system for a classified program.
