.Oversee 40 to 60 employees dealing with the shipping process, such as the selection and loading. My responsibilities are getting the shift ready by getting the work ready for the selectors and the lift drivers. Having a pre-shift meeting with the employees about yesterday's production, how they did and how they can improve if needed. Also we discussed the following projection for the job on hand for that day. As a supervisor, I walked the warehouse making sure the associates are working clean and most important being safe while they work.
