6. Key responsibility and duties
Assembly and disassembly of engine QEC and basic parts in modular and overhaul level and check for tasks completeness per the scheduled TAT (turnaround time)
Inspect and assure engine overhauling process quality and safety of working condition.
Work in a team, assist and coach junior technicians during engine assembly and disassembly process.
Follow up assembly and disassembly tools and fixtures calibration and proper arrangement.
Work in Cooperation with marshalling department on preparation of engine piece parts for assembly
Communicate with planning, engineering and other departments and look for solutions for problems which happen during engine overhauling and piece part inspection process.
Perform visual and dimensional inspection of disassembled engine Piece parts
