Responsible for the accountability, communication and coordination of field and internal operations for a custom home builder using a hospitality focus in creating the best start to finish experience for our home buyers as we scaled from completing 50 homes per year to completing 200 custom home builds per year over a 2-year period.

Responsibilities Include coordination of sales team, estimating team, design team, field superintendent and subcontractors to ensure the customer expectations are exceeded in all aspects of the build from pre-start to post warranty.

Responsible for running all department L10's, including quarterly and yearly VTO meetings, as well as taking the lead in setting KPI based scorecards and Rocks for all and keeping the leadership team on track over the course of each quarter.
