Provide System Programming support on IBM MVS/ESA ISPF/TSO CICS on-line and batch systems, using COBOL2/VS, MVS/JCL, VSAM DBMS, File-AID, ABEND-AID and Expediter tools. Support included analysis, testing and debugging all changes implemented on this project.

Computer Task Group, Inc.,(CTG) (mainframe)

August 1996 - June 1997

Senior Programmer/Analyst Consultant, Client ( US West ). Project Developer designer in COBOL-2, CICS, MVS/JCL and DB2 data base development for client Automated Material Management Systems (AMMS) System.

The AMMS project consisted of the US West Business Resources Groups’ Material Inventory, Purchasing and Distribution solution.

Programming support included, obtaining requirements for enhancement of existing on-line and batch Cobol-II applications with relational DB2 (DBMS). Developed new EasyTrieve programs to produce client defined accounts payable aging reports. Used Expeditor as automated analysis process and Endeavor change control for documenting changes and additions to process procedures.

March 1995 - November 1995

Senior Programmer/Analyst Consultant, developing RPG/400 API’s for IBM

MAPICS Manufacturing and Logistics Project that is strategic to IBM in Boulder.

Responsibilities included planning and developing object oriented RPG/400 and Query programs utilizing IBM AS/400 relational database and utility structure.

One year eight months: City and County of Denver Aviation Agency.

June 1988 - August 1992.

International Business Machines(IBM). As professional hire account System Engineer performed support and development roles on IBM large scale and midrange systems in the following languages and facilities: DB2/DBMS,VSAM,VS COBOL II, VM, MVS, CICS RPG/400 and OS/400.

Performed in project management roles in IBMs’ successful client opportunities in the implementation of very large Legacy (IBM 3090, ES9000) and midrange systems (IBM AS/400), utilizing the above Programming and utilities.

I November 1978 - June 1988.

Ten Years with Honeywell/Bull HN Information systems. (mainframe) Senior Systems Representative and Technical Advisor, performed key technical support role in large DPS-8/8000 and mini systems using COBOL-74/85, GCOS, DMIV-TP and IDS-II.

Responsibilities during last four years (1984 – 1988) included planning and installing one of five national Honeywell Information Technology Centers for the Western Region, with a technology equipment value of over three million dollars. Served as manager for center for this period responsible for supervising Technical representatives in pre-sales and post sales center activities. Budget responsibilities included obtaining approval of expenses necessary to maintain the highest state of the art level Honeywell had to offer.
