I am responsible for the managing, scheduling, and delegating of tasks for EMS employees that clean the VA Hospital. I display flexibility with my own schedule as my schedule may change due to business needs. So, I've worked various shifts with different number of employees under my leadership. I routinely perform training and inspections to give quality feedback on my employees. I've had to schedule and provide payroll information for my employees to payroll.
