I display flexibility with my own schedule as my schedule may change due to business needs. So, I've worked various shifts with different number of employees under my leadership. I routinely perform training and inspections to give quality feedback on my employees. I've had to schedule and provide payroll information for my employees to payroll. To ensure to cleanliness of the hospital has been my objective and I succeed at it daily. I enjoy my opportunity of leadership and guiding supervisors to meet and exceed department standards.
