Mitigate BEDC EHS Standards and Safety Policies between the CM Team, BWT and the Contractor.
Conduct Quarterly EHSO presentation for the CM EHSO and the Contractor SSR.
Perform accident, incident investigations, including field work, root cause analysis, conclusion, and corrective action recommendation to prevent recurrence within DEP BEDC projects.

Conduct 1910 inspection lessons learned.
Review and accepted Shop Drawing for Rigging and Crane operations as per DOB guideline.
Review New DEP and CM employees resume, and certifications as submitted to BEDC for hire.
Review and Accept Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and coordinate meeting between CM team, Contractor, BWT and BEDC to ensure and maintain a positive working relationship between all stakeholders and the Contractors.

Manage and supervise EHS training for in-house BEDC staff to ensure all employees are following the agency, State and Federal requirements.
