• Launched five VBLs across five channels, revamping the entire product portfolio - High-End Consumer, Entry-Level Consumer, Business/Office, Professional/Wide Format, and Prosumer product lines. In addition, developed each line into international and domestic sub-languages.
• Drove all programs from conception to completion through all ID and UX Hardware phases: strategy, user research,VBL development, 2D/3D concept development, ID to Engineering implementation, prototype unit and production parts evaluation, adjustment and approval, human factors/user-testing, usability and design focus groups.
