HELD MANY JOB RESPONSIBILITES WHILE WORKING FOR THE DELTA AIRLINES FAMILY. THIS INVOLVED DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL.
STARTING WITH DELTA I WAS A COUNSELOR IN CONSUMER AFFAIRS, TO REPLY TO “GOOD LETTERS” AND “COMPLAINT LETTERS” FROM PASSENGERS.
AFTER 6 MONTHS I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRANSFER TO RESERVATIONS TO MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR AIR/HOTELS/CARS.
YEAR 1989 HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRANSFERRED TO THE RAMP AS SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (THE ONLY WAY TO GET TO TICKET COUNTER). MY DUTIES WAS NO LESS THAN ANY OTHER RAMP AGENT, I UNLOADED AND LOADED LUGGAGE, COUNT EACH PEACE FOR LOAD AND BALANCE, LOAD AND UNLOAD REMAINS, PETS, AND CURRENCY, BAGS OF US MAIL. 2
NOVEMBER 1990 I WAS ASKED TO GO TO BAGGAGE CLAIM TO ASSIST IN LOCATING MISHANDLED LUGGAGE.
JANUARY 1991, I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRANSFER TO THE TICKET COUNTER AND AGAIN TRANSFERRED AS SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, HELPED PASSENGERS WITH BOARDING PASSES AND REISSUING TICKETS. WOULD WORK DIFFERENT LOCATIONS INFORMATION COUNTERS ON DIFFERENT CONCOURSES WITH THE SAME JOB DUTIES. OCTOBER 1993, I WAS ASKED TO GO TO THE CROWN ROOM AGAIN TO ASSIST WITH BOARDING PASSES AND REISSUING TICKETS FOR MEMBERS. SCHEDULE THE MEETINGS ROOM AT THE VIPS REQUEST. WOULD HELP IN NEED OF CLEANING UP THE BAR AREA IN BETWEEN FLIGHTS. WOULD ANNOUNCE DEPARTING FLIGHT TIMES SO EACH AND EVERY CROWN ROOM MEMBER WAS ADVISED OF THE TIME OF DEPARTING FLIGHTS. AFTER RETIRING IN 1994 I STARTED MY OWN TRAVEL BUSINESS “C CRUZ TRAVEL”, DURING THE FIVE YEARS OF MAINLY BOOKING CRUISES, I CHARTERED A SHIP AND TOOK 3000 GRADUATING STUDENTS ON A FIVE- DAY CRUISE. AFTER TWO YEARS, OF MY OWN BUSINESS THE AIRLINES DECIDED TO CANCEL TRAVEL AGENCIES COMMISSION AND I SEEKED OTHER EXPERIENCE, ALWAYS WORKING WITH PEOPLE.

PROVIDED TRAVEL PLANNING AND ADVICE FOR EMPLOYEES AND VIPS OF THE HOME DEPOT CORPORATION. THE TRAVEL PLANS WERE TO MAKE SURE THE FLIGHTS WERE OPERATING ON SCHEDULE AND THAT THE HOTELS AND CARS WERE BOOKED.
AFTER RETIRING FROM DELTA, I ALSO CONTRACTED MYSELF IN BETWEEN JOBS. I WORKED FOR MY DENTIST FOR TWO YEARS AS OFFICE MANAGER TO RECEIVE AND PREPAIR PAYMENTS. TO SEND OUT ALL STATEMENTS AND RUN MONTH END REPORTS. DR. DONALD J. JOHNSON SOLD THE PRACTICE TO HIS ASSISTING DENTIST DR. WATKINS AND HER HUSBAND BECAME THE OFFICE MANAGER. MY PERIODONTIST, DR. ABE SHUSTER, CALLED AND ASKED ME TO ASSIST HIM WHILE HIS ASSISTANT, BOOKKEEPER, AND PAYROLL CLERK (ONE PERSON OFFICE) WAS OUT ON MATERNITY LEAVE, THIS WAS FOR TWO YEARS.
I WAS FRONT END MANGER OF THE CASHIERS FOR A SMALL CHAIN GROCERY STORE “THE FRESH MARKET”. MY DUTIES CONSIST OF TRAING THE CASHIERS, CHECKING EACH CASHIER OUT AT THE END OF EACH SHIFT. FILL IN AS CHASIER AS NEEDED AVAILABLE SEVEN DAYS A WEEK IF NEEDED. THIS WAS FOR FIVE YEARS DURING MY EMPLOYMENT WITH BREAKAWAY LOYALTY, MY HOURS WERE FROM 2PM UNTIL 1AM EST.
DURING MY SPARE TIME I MANAGED A PRIVATE ISLAND “LOBSTER CAY” IN THE CARIBBEAN FOR THREE YEARS FOR A FRIEND, MAKING SURE IT WAS RENTED BY THE WEEK, MONTH OR WEEK-END. TO HAVE THE GROUNDS IN PERFECT CONDITION AND THE BEACH ALWAYS SWEPT. TO MEET WITH EACH AND EVERY GUEST TO MAKE SURE THE DESIRED FOOD AND BEVERAGES WERE IN THE HOUSE UPON ARRIVAL (45 MINUTE BOAT RIDE TO THE GROCERY STORE). 3

ACTIVITIES
I enjoy my family, which is my son, daughter in law and two grandboys, I have lived with them since 2011 after I sold my home that my son and I built in 1977. I have four sisters and one brother which we are extremely close. I have many, many friends from every location I have worked and traveled all over the world, I never forget any of them.
I enjoy attending church of any denomination, WHY? I was raised a Christian and my Dad and Mom did not feel that I was ever to sick not to attend church when the doors were open. I am moving to Maui, Hawaii upon locating a Permanent job. I am available to start immediately. REFERENCES
