OYSTER RIVER HIGH SCHOOL (Durham, NH, 9/05-2000)—Teacher. Taught Acting, The Art of Communication, and Directed three School productions per year. Fall Classical play, One Act Play Competition, Spring Musical, Adult supervisor for High School Drama Department. MSAD #35 School District (South Berwick, ME, 9/02-6/05)—Teacher. Taught high school Honors and College Prep. English, Communications, Theater and Speech. Played an integral part in establishing validity and reliability of benchmark assignments for English curriculum in order to meet state mandates. Directed the District and High School musicals, adult supervisor for Poetry Club and Students for a Better Tomorrow club.

Clinique Cosmetics/Macy’s (Newington, NH, 11/01-8/02)—Manager. Oversaw department with annual revenues exceeding one half million dollars. Responsible for staff training and development, setting and achieving sales goals, fiscal accountability and special event coordination. Awarded “Highest Sales Percentage Over Goal” for the northeast region. MSAD #35 School District (South Berwick ME, 1/01-6/01)—Substitute Teacher/Long Term Sub. Served over three months as a long term substitute, teaching Honors and College Prep. English, Communications and Theater classes at Marshwood High School. Substituted in both Kittery, ME and South Berwick/Eliot prior to long term assignment.

Port City Nissan/Suzuki Dealership (Portsmouth, NH, 2/99-9/2000)—Customer Development Specialist/ Internet Manager. Developed new customers through Internet and telephone lead generation. Responsibilities included education of customers on product line, price negotiation, and scheduling of appointments. Follow up on all customers using an Approach Database. Created and maintained “Internet Specials” on dealership website.

Business Owner/Resource Marketing Group (Chicago, IL, 2/94-8/99)—Executive Recruiter. Expanded a division of a billion-dollar international marketing company. Established distribution networks nationally and internationally. Marketing in sports fitness, personal care and technology. Recruiting, lead generation, training, staff and customer support, sales.

Rolm Telephones (Rolling Meadows, IL, 9/93-9/94)—Trainer. Trained personnel for corporations, hospitals and state institutions on operation of new telephone system. Responsibilities included: conducting hands-on classes, troubleshooting on day of “switch,” and follow-up. Great Lakes Theater Festival (Cleveland, OH, 7/92-5/93)—Actor/Teacher. Under contact to perform in main stage productions and serve as teacher conducting week-long residencies in Cleveland area middle and high schools. Performed in original production written by and starring Tom Hanks. EDUCATION
