Exodus & Company Zimbabwe October 2022 to Date Had the opportunity to be a part of the road rehabilitation, construction and extension of the following road projects as a Quantity Surveying Technician. Duties include equipment management, Cost reports, Cost Analysis, Cost Control and Maintenance schedules for the projects worth more than 10,000,000.00 USD in total
Duties and Responsibilities
• Equipment Management, Cost Reporting, Cost Analysis & Cost Control
• Checking Equipment Supplier contracts for rates and working conditions in conformance with provisions of the priced Bill of Quantities in liaison with the Project Quantity Surveyor.
• Consolidating data to develop daily, weekly and monthly equipment performance analysis that gives a picture on availability, performance and efficiency of each and every piece of equipment.
• Assist in preparing all contractual documentation for the Construction Department and any other related documents on a timely basis.
• Accurately check all Supplier contracts and valuation claims to ensure supplier payments are validated and processed accurately.
