The application directly relates to and impacts core business (dialysis) of the company and used across the USA by clinic managers in appx. 3000 clinics, executives in 6-level organization hierarchy, medical office including Chief Medical Officer, and providers including physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Managed the multi-million dollar budget.

Managed the organizing and facilitating of all meetings with stakeholders, business groups, product owners and scrum teams preparing all relevant project documentation. All SDLC procedures including risk management was followed.

Lead business requirements/discovery sessions with business users. Updating user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
