MECHANICAL (HEAD OF DEPARTMENT) and transferred to DCL HATTAR PLANT KPK.(02 lines 2100 MTPD each)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Smooth / proper functioning of all equipment from raw material to final product. 2. Close interaction with D.G.M / all Managers/ all area In charge / (C.R.M, Pyro, Coal, CMP, Workshop, Utility/WHRS) supervisors, etc. to streamline maintenances activities.

3. Keeping in view of market strategy, planning / coordination with other H.O.D’s. 4. Participate in decision making meeting, regarding the shutdown, critical matters, future planning, etc.

5. Coordinating / Designing of various projects for streamlining / cost saving / removing bottleneck of Line-I and Line-II.

6. Participate in all matters regarding, indenting, planning, preventive maintenance, shutdown jobs, procurement etc.

7. Participate in Budget meeting to represent department expenses and forecast and reasoning for unplanned stoppages.

8. Works with the team to outline their Objectives/targets. 9. Regularly appraise performance and give feedback. 10. Builds a culture of performance appraisement and candid feedback on a constant basis. 11. Generates enthusiasm in the department and gets people to focus on Performance. 12. • Replacement of rotary kiln middle tyre.

• Alignment of grate cooler and good knowledge of cooler hydraulic system.

• Alignment of deep bucket conveyor, installation of new chain and buckets.

• Replacement of classifier of vertical Raw mill.

• Replacement of vertical raw mill rollers, tyres and table liner segments.

• Replacement of guide rings of cement mill symetro gear reducer.

• Replacement of cement mill thrust bearing.

• Replacement of Cement mill shell liners plates, centre diaphragm and discharge segment plates.

• Best experience of hydraulic roller press (FLS and KHD) gear box over hauling, replacement of rollers and also rollers reconditioning.

• Good knowledge of Auto packers and hydraulic system of Auto loaders (VENTOMATIC).

Key Responsibilities / Job Description:

• To check all the activities of vertical Raw Mill and Kiln during the operational (Running) and stop condition.

• To arrange the maintenance of respective areas in running & static conditions.

• To control all the maintenance activities during the Plant Shut down & breakdown.

• To analyze causes of equipment break down and damages in all areas.

• To plan update and monitor the execution of lubrication schedule.

• To prepare the job list and maintenance schedule to be carried out during shut down.

• To raise the indents of all fast and slow moving spares and to follow up for schedule maintenance and ensure procurements of spare parts and their timely availability to handle unforeseen break down during plant operation.

• To supervise and ensure the maintenance of plant and machinery fit for operation at all time.

• To maintain the proper record of Plant spares & Equipment.

• To ensure safety first is duly implemented in operation and maintenance of the plant.

A well-known highly reputed and also a quoted public limited company and operating in Cement business all over in Pakistan. Function & Responsibilities:

• To oversee and executive development of operational plans of Plant machinery.

• Trouble shooting arising day to day and to overcome the problems of process Plant machinery.

• Maintaining the Kiln through breakdown maintenance, preparing and implementing of preventive maintenance schedule.

• To ensure proper and adequate inventory of essential imported and local mechanical parts for smooth functioning.

• Apart from the above, my existing employeri.e M/s. Al-Abbas Cement was started plant up-gradation & expansion program, in order to enhance its installed production capacity from 1500M.ton /day to 4100M.ton/day. During the course of up- gradation,expansion and erection. I have independently carried out the under mentioned tasks assigned to me and are briefed as below.

Kiln-II Up-Gradation / Project tasks:

1). Prior to Up-Gradation / Expansion

Plant Production Capacity: 1000M.Ton/day. = 1000 M.T/day. 2). Enhanced/increased Production capacity

After undertaking of an expansion Up-Gradation = 2500 M.T/day. Pre-Heater:

Modification of Cyclones No. 02,03,04& 05 including.

Twin Cyclone No.1 A and 1B and their Gas (Rising) ducts and Meal Chutes.

Erection & installation of Gas Cooling (Conditioning) tower G.C.T, Belt Bucket Elevator, weigh feeder, bag filters, etc. Assistant Manager Mechanical :Rohri Cement Factory pvt.ltd. Rohri

from 01.01. 2003 to 20.09. 2005.

Joined as a trainee engineer Mechanical and confirmed after one year. Worked in all area i-e Kiln, Raw Mill, Crusher and Cement Mills. Job Description:
