Perform end-to-end Make-Ready/Joint-use and general distribution design, applying established design guidelines, processes, and procedures.
Lead permitting/easement duties by researching pole ownership, right-of-way, property rights, and permit requirements, collaborating with external parties to secure approvals and easements.
Perform quality control on designs created by team members, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Work with design programs such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, BOUD, DDS (Distribution Design Studio), PoleForeman, O-CALC, and Katapult for design and calculation tasks.
Solve complex design problems through collaboration with the design team and other cross- functional teams.
