At Superior Cleaning, we prioritize the safety and security of our clients and our cleaning staff. To maintain a secure environment and ensure transparency in our operations, we have implemented a Clear Bag Policy for cleaners at all client sites. Policy Details:

Definition of a Clear Bag:

A clear bag refers to a transparent bag made of plastic or any other see-through material that allows easy visibility of its contents.

Applicability:

This policy applies to all cleaning/recycling staff members of Superior Cleaning during their working hours at all clients

Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Clear Bag Policy is to enhance security measures and foster trust between our clients and cleaning staff. By using clear bags, we aim to provide peace of mind to our clients while demonstrating our commitment to transparency. Requirements:

All cleaning staff members are required to carry their cleaning supplies and personal belongings in clear bags provided by Superior Cleaning.

Personal belongings such as mobile phones, water bottles, snacks, and any other items are recommended to be left in your Crib or locker. If you insist on bringing them with you, they cannot impede your work and must be stored in a clear bag throughout the duration of your shift. Exceptions:

Exceptions can be made by Executive management at their discretion. Bag Inspection:

Superior Cleaning and our Clients reserve the right to request an inspection of any bag carried by an employee of Superior Cleaning. Inspections will be conducted in a respectful manner and solely for security purposes.

Client Communication:

Prior to each cleaning contract, clients will be informed about our Clear Bag Policy to ensure transparency and address any concerns they may have regarding security. Enforcement:

Compliance with the Clear Bag Policy is mandatory for all cleaning staff members. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Policy Review:

This policy will be periodically reviewed and updated as necessary to reflect changes in operational procedures or security requirements.
