About this guide:
This training manual was prepared in coordination with Allegis partner/vendor CIC Plus. Employees of Allegis operating companies will now use CIC Plus for accessing weekly pay statements and year-end tax statements online.
The purpose of this document is to provide a quick tutorial for Allegis employees using the CIC Plus website paperlessemployee.com. Please access the full Employee User Guide to see more detailed instructions.

Accessing Pay Statements
Full Pay Statements
You can view your full pay statements by either clicking Pay Statements in the left side navigation, or by choosing Access Pay Statements in the main section of the welcome page. You are now on the Pay Statements Screen.
1) To access the full pay statement, check the box(s) of the pay statement(s) needed in the Full Statement column.
2) Then click on the View/Print Selected Pay Statements button at either the top or bottom of the screen.
The selected Pay Statement(s) will appear in a new tab in the open internet browser. Employees can then view, print, and/or save the .PDF, depending on their needs. 1

Note: A PDF reader is required to open the PDF file. If you don’t have a PDF Reader on your computer, click on the Get Adobe Reader icon on the left side of the screen to download a free version.
Summary Pay Statements
You can also view a quick summary of your pay statement, without opening or downloading the full document.
1) In the Pay Statements screen, to view a summary of a specific pay statement, click on the Show Summary link on the right side that corresponds to the desired pay statement. 2) The summary will then appear beneath the selected pay statement. Accessing Year-End Tax Statements
Year End Tax Statements can be accessed online once Allegis releases the statements. Year End Tax Statements include the following forms:
• W-2
• W-2 PR
• T-4
• RL-1
To receive your statements electronically, you will have to register. Choose Manage Electronic Tax Statement Options on the Home Page.

Once in the Manage Contact and Electronic Statement screen, scroll down to the Electronic Statement Notification Options section towards the bottom of the page. 1) To register to receive electronic tax statement(s) electronically, click on the Yes button next to the box with the question “Would you like to register to receive your [year] tax statement(s) electronically?”
2) Additionally, place a check in the corresponding contact method column to select how you prefer to be notified that your tax statement(s) is available. NOTE: This is not the way the tax statement(s) will be delivered. For security purposes, tax statements will never be sent via email or SMS. Employees will always need to login to the paperlessemployee.com site to retrieve tax statements. 3) After the electronic delivery option has been selected and the contact method has been checked, click on the Save Notification Option Settings button. Viewing Current and Past Year-End Tax Statements
Once you register to receive your Year End Tax Statements electronically, you can download your tax form(s).
You can view your current year-end tax statement by either clicking Year End Tax Statements in the left side navigation, or by choosing Access Year End Tax Statements in the main section of the welcome page.
To view past year-end tax statement by either clicking Year End Tax Statements in the left side navigation, or by choosing Access Past Year End Tax Statements in the main section of the welcome page.

This takes you to the Get Tax Statements page. Once on this page, click on the box in the Select column to choose which tax form(s) you wish to view and download.
