Project Manager overseeing the SDDO (Study Design & Delivery Optimization) project.

Utilized Study Maestro which was an application that was part of the SDDO suite.

Scrums were run by another vendor, and my duties were to reserve calendar times for each session, record Scrum meetings, organize the Teams site, and oversee an offshore team of 5 resources for testing and development of the Study Maestro suite before and after implementation of each enhancement version.

Analyzed the Consumer Health infrastructure needs of a major pharmaceutical company looking to spin off its division and maintain Clinical Trials reporting flows.

Oversaw the Infrastructure build out of a data center as part of a Merger & Acquisition project.

Primary duties were to track and complete the installation of VxRAIL and Isilon hardware, working with a third-party vendor to install and configure.

Managed the migration of Oracle data from a legacy system into the client’s environment.
