2023-2025 Student Architecture Envoy/Student Leader Assisted with college organizations, and facilating the needs architecture students at Howard University, in which there is constant involvement in improving the architecture program. 2024- 2025 Office of Student Services Student Assistant - Howard University This consisted of working with the dean of our college in order to accomodate students needs. During this period I helped facilate student schedules, overrides and holds. I was able to mentor students for their upcoming academic year . I then was able to using Microsoft Excel to facilate students into various groups for the upcoming year depending on their class work load and credit hours. Towards the end I was able to facilate graduation, and gradfest (a day where architecture companies arrive to recruit our current graduating students) in which I learned many communication and multitasking skills throughout the year. 2023 Orleans Parish Civil Clerk of Court
Communicated with clients coming in and out of the court to file each case in the database. In which I was able to filed and analysed legal documents submitted to court, such as judgements and orders. Clocked in orders that would later be sent to the judge for approval in court .
2022 (Internship) Superdome Capital Projects intern Assisted Capital Project Executive with project management on the LSED Capital Projects including the Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center and Alario Center. Aided with bid packages including addendums, contracts, notice to proceed, minutes of meeting and filing. Alario Center I organized projects and warranties from past to current in one drive in order for the filing system to become organized. Smoothie King Center I created documents in Microsoft word for the warehouse project in which I did notice to proceed documents and contracts.
Vice President of the American Instuite of Architecture Students Member of National organization of Minority Architecture Students Pipeline organization to connect students to our overarching organzation (NOMA). The Revolutionary Stages museum focuses on the merging of theatrical sets along with the various protest throughout the D.C. area. In which it’s purpose is to notify the public about various topics within protest while also identifying this as a way to acknowledge one another through artistry, as if a canvas is being painted. The Library of Black Poetry, Literature and Hip-Hop focused on the idea of using art to cultivate a space around you, analyzing literature which further shaped our buildings and programing which was centered in Fort Reno park.
