• Resolve problems for voice and data service inclusive of hardware/software and degradation in performance impacting a customer’s business. Was tasked as a senior technician in troubleshooting voip issues for AT&T Office@Hand and AT&T Phone for Business-Advance.
• Provide engineering support to customers, customer support personnel and field support staffs in resolving issues with voice lines, alarm lines, fax lines and elevators lines.
• Work with customers and their company personnel to define technical problem and configuring solutions on their voice lines, which included setting up voice mail, call routing, call forwarding for after hours and public holidays on our third party cloud platform (Ring central).
• Troubleshooting end to end connectivity issues while configuring, reconfiguring and capturing sip error on Dataremote devices for clients voice issues. Also arrange for technician visit to customer site if I need hands on premise.
• Document details of troubleshooting steps on servicenow ticketing system. Also provide technical feedback to dataremote engineers via Jira ticket system if device is faulty or malfunctioning so they can upgrade firmware or replace equipment
• Negotiating and coordinate meeting with other support centers (i.e internal (field technician) and external organization (Ringcentral and Dataremote engineer as well as customer) for sectionalization and testing plan.
• Also ensure all stakeholders are updated via outbound calls or emails with troubleshooting steps and expected time repair.

• Tier 1.5 network analyst conducting, evaluating and identify root cause of network failures for AT&T Managed Internet Service (MIS), AT&T Ethernet virtual private network
(EVPN) and AT&T virtual private network(AVPN).
