Working on automation of quote/contract data migration to partner’s system in real time via concept of pagination through SICF nodes.
Automated end-to-end quote data movement process to partner’s system using SICF nodes and via middleware.
Automated invoicing detail sharing with partner where pricing details are being fetched from BM tool, integrated with details in SAP system and shared with client for easier processing.
Handled integration of SAP ECC to WeChat to manage customer specific pricing details into WeChat and trigger emails and notifications on different business events. This eliminated manual intervention from sales team and enhance customer experience.
Developed end to end automated round trip connection from SAP ECC to FNO to enable license activation in FNO on order creation in ECC. This eliminated old process of hardcopy mailing system for license activation and resolved a significant revenue leakage for client.
Developed material bundling mechanism for client to handle multiple item sales as single bundle. This allowed quick and easy preparation of sales documents with summarized pricing and discount details and emerged as a huge reduction in operational cost.
Acted as POC for PI support, handled PI monitoring and management solely.
