Technical understanding of the voting equipment was essential but not the only factor in managing the huge and constant flow of voters.

PC Technician for the Information Services Agency (ISA) 2/2020 to 4/2020 for a contract to configure PCs for refreshing purposes for various city-county departments, which morphed into the assessing, cleaning, and configuring of many used laptop PCs for emergency work-at-home use during the growing Covid-19 crisis as nearly all City-County Building personnel were forced to become work-at-home users as the facility was closed down. After these needs were met the new personnel on this project were no longer needed.

Involved the Win10 configuration of Dell, HP, and Lenovo PCs, using Active Directory and Airwatch to name and enroll the PCs into the Airwatch monitoring system. Configured Win10 PCs for new users. Also reconfigured returned problem PCs at the direction of the Help Desk. Previously, this role involved the Win7 imaging and configuring of Lenovo, HP, and Toshiba PCs and hard drives for new users, PC refreshes, and break\fix. Installed additional software programs and updates when needed. Researched customer profiles to produce an accurate software list for existing customers. Also responsible for the wiping of PCs and hard drives after the 10-day hold period of retiring units had expired. Contract was originally held by Modis prior to the arrival of Mphasis.
