Project Responsibilities :

Good experience in Amazon Web Services environment and good knowledge of AWS services like Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Elastic Load Balancers, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC, Cloud watch.

VPC, RDS, Dynamo DB and other AWS services

Creating roles and managing the access to application using IAM

Worked in S3 bucket creation & Designing Life cycle management and IAM role-based policies

Providing Assistance on setting the AWS environment and also providing support on adding ports to Security groups and NACLs to VPC.

Configuring topics for email and SMS in AWS Simple Notification Services (SNS).

Hands on experience on creating, deleting and updating the buckets in S3.

Hands on experience with AWS cloud environment.

Monitoring the server with cloud watch and cloud trail logs

Extending support to customer services and other technical teams.

Automated day to day process using Ansible script which enhanced the productivity of the reconciliation application.

Involved daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports to clients.

Project Responsibilities at Fiserv:

Managing and configuring large number of servers through the organization best practice and policies.

Creating change request for multiple application, web, DB servers and presenting it in CAB meetings to coordinate with change management and getting proper approvals.

I have deep knowledge in service now tools(i.e.change management, problem management,incident and service request (RITM,REQ,SC TASK)).

Testing and deploying the OS patches before applying in the PROD environment by applying in the NON Prod environments.Responsible for assessing and distributing Monthly patches.

Ensure we worked incident based on the priority and change request as per schedule windows.

Application team/Business stakeholder need to validate the PROD servers before applying the patching and after patches installation and ensure need to work that server properly after done our work.

In case, any issue after installed need to get back to the server within SLA or else involved the incident management team and raise P1 and joining the bridge call/teams chat resolve the issue based on the priority.

Providing RCA(Root cause analysis) document to the sensitive issues and make sure the standard process is followed without fail in all aspect..
