Due to the corona virus pandemic many hospitals have a hiring freeze. It was crystal clear that I needed to be adaptable shifting focus recruiting for multiple industries including Engineering, Environmental Services, and Insurance.

We are sourcing candidates for an organization that develops products and communication networks that deliver vital information for military, homeland security and public safety professionals. This company has a new division, and we are searching for 10 System Engineers who analyze, design, develop and test systems to ensure the integration of software, hardware, reliability, maintainability, safety and other requirements in the total engineering effort.

I am the owner of a boutique contingency recruitment firm that helps hospitals with many leadership requisitions that they are having difficulty filling including: Nursing, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, Business Office, IT, Human Resources, Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Medical Director, Environmental Services, Materials Management, Practice Management, and Marketing.
