Due to the corona virus pandemic many hospitals have a hiring freeze. It was crystal clear that I needed to be adaptable shifting focus recruiting for multiple industries including Engineering, Environmental Services, and Insurance.

We are sourcing candidates for an organization that develops products and communication networks that deliver vital information for military, homeland security and public safety professionals. This company has a new division, and we are searching for 10 System Engineers who analyze, design, develop and test systems to ensure the integration of software, hardware, reliability, maintainability, safety and other requirements in the total engineering effort.

I am the owner of a boutique contingency recruitment firm that helps hospitals with many leadership requisitions that they are having difficulty filling including: Nursing, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, Business Office, IT, Human Resources, Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Medical Director, Environmental Services, Materials Management, Practice Management, and Marketing. We also recruit for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Staff Nurses.

I have managed over 20 independent recruiters.

Job responsibilities Full desk recruitment including: business development, sourcing candidates, assistance with scheduling and confirming (phone interviews and site visits), negotiate offer and acceptance, review recruitment agreements, complete professional references, invoicing, collections when necessary, request referrals from candidates, and stay in touch with clients to assist with new searches that they are having difficulty filling.
