General Manager Assistant

I started working for RiceHouse Express in **** as a delivery driver as the owners continued to see my devotion and how fast i learn they quickly moved me up too a team leader then about 6 months after that i become an assistant manager after about a year of being an assistant manager they told me that they would love for me to be a general manager and Ive been a general manager for about the last 5 years. Ive been in the company for a total of 8 years. I am responsible for the hiring and training of all staff members, making sure all staff follows procedures and safely health regulations the location i work at has never had lower than a 97 on a health inspection report, I also handle the payroll and filing of all documents from vendors.
