Directly responsible for staff of 8 members. Oversee the daily clinical office functions with a primary focus on the facilitation of a positive and efficient patient flow.

Maintain direct contact with virtual staff who are responsible for phones, appointments and other day-to-day processes

Manage timesheets and submit payroll on a biweekly basis utilizing ADP Run

Daily cash reconciliation that includes all office bank deposits. Responsible for daily/monthly reconciliation of several bank accounts while confirming all entries within QuickBooks

Provide leadership by implementing the providers’ required medical protocols and procedures for multiple clinical offices.

Recommends, develops, and implements improvements for continued quality patient care.

Directly involved in resolving any medical staff problems by facilitating open lines of communication, implementing corrections and resolutions, while simultaneously maintaining a professional clinical atmosphere.

Promote and support lines of communication with all providers, focusing on effectiveness, clinical operations, credentialing and any patient concerns and cost containment issues without jeopardizing quality of patient care

Directly supervise staff of 20 members in the billing & administrative departments as well as the administrative day to day functions of all clinical offices.

Responsible for all aspects of third-party billing, including data entry, claims submission, cash posting and collections. Supervision of the pre-authorization department. Oversight of annual revenue of $15M+

Maintain and nurture medical practice/insurance carrier relationships, including monitoring of related reimbursement, by adhering to the terms of negotiated contracts with several third-party payers.

Create management reports for physician facility appointments. Coordinate flow of information to offices and providers while maintaining established business protocols and processes.

Approve time sheets for 75 staff, on a biweekly basis, utilizing Kronos, with additional experience in ADP payroll processing and submissions.

Responsible for Quick Books daily deposit journal entries and monthly bank reconciliation of multiple bank accounts.
