Inbound call center, answering over 100 calls a day, placing orders, putting in request to locate never received packages, updating customer information, processing returns, explaining to the customer how to submit Information to receive their rebate and basically answering in questions the customer has in a timely manner.
I had to end this job because it transferred to another city far from where I originally started. Worked for a while and the few of us that had to bus to this new site were informed by the bus driver that the route would be ending because there were not enough riders.

My duties were to write up a daily lesson plan for grade levels K-4 teaching them reading comprehension and math skills. These children were severely behind due to the pandemic. This was a very difficult assignment and though many of the children still didn’t understand they were moved on to the next grade regardless. This was very disheartening.
I ended the job because it didn’t make sense to move a child to the next grade and they didn’t understand what they were doing in their present grade.
