• Founded Holedigger Films, a film and television production company, in 2001.

• Worked as the lead producer on all of Holedigger's films, documentaries and television projects. Tasks would include hands on development and the decision maker from concept stage, script development, casting, budgeting, hiring of all cast and crew, pre-production, production, post-production, marketing campaign, domestic theatrical and ancillary distribution, multimedia distribution, and foreign sales management. Would be responsible for keeping all projects on-time and on or under budget at every phase of the film’s life cycle.
• Led physical production teams of more than 150 creatives and crew in producing award-winning films, ensuring projects were completed on time and under budget for studios like Sony Entertainment and Paramount..
• Took lead on all Holedigger live events, from major film festivals to world premieres.
• Negotiated all of Holedigger's contracts with talent, agents, crew, unions, vendors, distributors, theater chains, ancillary distributors, foreign sales agents.
• Worked with government agencies at the local, state, federal and international level to secure millions of dollars of tax credits and tax rebates to reduce risk and supplement financing for each of Holedigger's projects.
• Handled the complete domestic distribution of several Holedigger films. Responsibilities included securing world premiers at major festivals such as Sundance and Cannes along with many other regional festival premiers to help raise awareness and promote Holedigger's films. Developed and implemented the entire theatrical marketing campaign; from print ads, 30 second television spots, theatrical trailer, poster art, press tours, press and public relations, guerrilla marketing, web page development, social media based campaigns, experiential campaigns Oscar and other award campaigns, cross promotions, red carpet premier events, theatrical booking, collection, and promotion of ancillary multimedia distribution.
