With my deep and diverse experience in SAFe as a Coach, RTE/STE, LPM, release management, process improvement, over all SAFe Agile and organizational change management, I am a great candidate for this position.
I have over 25 years of successful program and project management experience, and over 17 years specifically related to SAFe Agile Transformations, coaching and managing projects. I have successfully Transform 30+ departments and 2 companies from Waterfall/Hybrid to full Agile in 4-8 months on average, implemented several projects ranging from Data Warehouses, Product, Sales/Broker, customer service and Provider Data Systems, Home grown authorization intake systems, and successfully managed Medicare and Medicare Benefits Management Migration(s), including updating operational processes with business and deploying new business processes. All these efforts required cross functional teams and stakeholders’ reporting/communications and relationship management.
Provide SAFe Agile SPC6-Coaching/Mentoring, training and certifying SAFe Release/Solution Train Engineer, Advanced Scrum Master, Product/Program/Portfolio management saving companies several thousand dollars per class compared to bringing on consultants. Proven ability to orchestrate successful enterprise-wide product delivery utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodology, with global communications. Additionally, I have over 23 years in successful IT project, program management, and release management including extensive experience in business and technology delivery in a complex IT setting. Excellent ability to drive programs and projects to successful implementations and meet or exceed customer expectations and goals on delivery.
