This position serves within the Department of Public Safety and reports to the Baylor Police Department's Communication Supervisor. Additionally, this position works closely with the other members of the Baylor PD, campus constituents, and other external first responders such as Waco PD and Waco FD. Daily duties include monitoring active radio traffic, handling phone calls, handling alarm monitors and dispatching to Baylor officers as well as Waco FD. Monitoring surveillance cameras is a part of the daily duties and taking walk-ins. One of the main duties is to ensure the safety of all officers and everyone responding.

● I first started H E B attending Sam Houston State University and finishing up my studies there. I had multiple experiences in different varieties of departments upon management requests. My overall department was Bakery where I multitasked positions of cake decorating, opening the store, making bakery products and more. Other departments I volunteered for upon request from management coming to me personally because of work ethic. Duties for other departments consisted of multitasking skills and jumping right into the department's everyday lifestyle. ● Working for Kensley Care LLC my job duties were to enforce rules and maintain a steady behavior with troubled youth. I worked with ages 7-18 at an all girls facility. I was in charge of staying overnight on 12 hour shifts watching the youth and checking on them every 15 mins. I was in charge of getting them ready for bed and implementing chores and hygiene responsibilities. When morning time would come I would get the girls up, take them to breakfast and start school. I was in charge of filling papers in their personal binders and making sure I knew everything about each child that was in this facility.

● Resident advisors are students who live on campus and are trained and paid to look after and provide to students who need looking after. Resident advisors live in their own designated hall and should always be available for anyone to come to their room or go to the office to resolve any conflict happening. Resident advisors are in charge of making sure all students who live on campus follow the schools guidelines for living in dorms. There are many responsibilities as a RA such as looking after many students at once, and lots of paperwork and incident reports having to be written. RA's are in charge of their own hall and are to enforce the rules from Resident Life. RA's deal with students of need and ones that have to be looked after due to suicidal attempts. RA's do monthly checks of rooms and safety and maintenance. RA's do monthly key checks and paperwork for students who are fined. As a resident advisor there are so many things you have to maintain to keep the safety of other students healthy so the school can continue to be a learning place. RA's are faced with challenges everyday and are always willing to help anyone in need. Hawaiian Falls: Waco, Texas - Front Gate Attendant June 2016 - September 2018
● Front gate attendants greet everyone who comes into the water park, check bags, and take tickets to allow people in. The front gate is where the hospitality begins. Giving the guest a warm welcome as they come to spend the day with family and friends it is the gate attendee's job. Gate attendants help out anywhere throughout the water park when needed. Guests are more than likely to come to the front gate to ask questions so it is important that you know all the rules and regulations to keep the water park up and running as smoothly as possible . ● The hostess greeted and welcomed all the dining guests. Take guests to their designated table and give them menus as they wait for their server to arrive. Hostesses are to welcome guests with warm smiles and should be able to answer any question guests have about merchandise that can be purchased from the gift shop, or even about the food. Hostesses make sure the waiting area is clean and welcoming to where guests can feel at home as they eat out.
