Managed the site design and construction and oversaw the installation of the new NYPD IP-based radio system at two hundred ninety-five (295) site locations across the five boroughs of New York City. NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications (DoITT) (2002 – 2018)

Participated in developing physical facility design and managed the construction of the technology spaces for the PSAC-1 and PSAC-2 911 Call Centers. Managed equipment inventories and developed the power & cooling specifications and AutoCAD layouts for the data center, telephone service rooms, IDF closets and radio rooms. Reviewed construction drawings, submittals and RFI’s. Managed the construction and evaluated all technology-related design enhancements to network and wireless infrastructure. NYC Housing Authority (NYCHA) (2004)

Developed the Data Center Design, and managed the relocation, technology project plan and construction. Developed and managed a comprehensive technology relocation project plan by interfacing with NYCHA staff to develop project plan details and validating equipment inventories and new equipment purchases to ensure compatibility and conformance with construction fit-out. Led project planning and task execution in developing a data center design for 20,000-square-feet of technology space. Project activities included developing equipment inventories with growth projections, power & cooling requirements, and layout of 20,000-square-feet of technology space on 1 floor and IDF closets on 8 office floors. Led a technology relocation project plan, including working with HRA staff to develop details, validating equipment inventories and purchases, and tracking issues. Relocated NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD) call center from 100 Gold Street to 59 Maiden Lane as a preliminary step in establishing a 311 Call Center. Developed physical plant enhancement requirements (power, cooling, cabling, room layout), established relocation & reinstallation plans for PBX & auxiliary equipment, monitored communication carrier service relocation, and addressed network requirements. Managed applications migrations for agencies associated with 311. NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications (DoITT) (2002) Participated in the design development and construction of the technology and call center spaces for the 311 Call Center. Managed all facets of equipment inventories, power & cooling specifications, computer room AutoCAD layouts, PBX room & auxiliary PBX room, and cabling specifications. NYC Law Department (2002)

Relocated Law Department technology equipment after the World Trade Center disaster. Coordinated efforts with Law Department technology staff and vendors to develop detailed equipment move scenarios. Relocated Law Department operations from 59 Maiden Lane to 100 Church Street and relocated the server environment from 59 Maiden Lane to 11 MetroTech Center. Designed and managed migration of the Law Department to a new email hardware platform. Implemented a new Storage Area Network at 11 MetroTech Center. Designed and managed the migration of stored data via the Veritas data replication solution from the SAN at 59 Maiden Lane to the new SAN at 11 MetroTech Center.
