Career Summary

In my current position, I am the HR Manager/Accounting Assistant. I handle all Human Resource activity and payroll for the company using Paychex Flex payroll services. I am also trained on ADP and Paycor payroll services. I handle all office supply purchasing. I handle all accounts payable for the company. I was instrumental in implementing a 401K plan for the company. I am the benefits administrator. For the past year and a half I have also handled all accountant duties for the company.

Previously, as administrative assistant to the CEO, which when I started was in the Energy Savings business and then morphed into the renewable fuel space, I was an integral part of driving the company forward as the chief communicator between the clients and the CEO which required my handling of all correspondence and marketing information. It was necessary for me to have an in depth grasp and knowledge of the business and industry of the company which was an entirely new business in the US, that of renewable fuels. I have always had to be very organized and able to multi-task.
