Written several Vacation Bible School and Bible Study series, articles, sermons for publication, etc. Served on numerous committees, etc. in both religious denominations, including: Chair, Investigatory Committee on Sexual Misconduct Peer Trial, South Atlantic Episcopal District of the AME Zion Church; Pee Dee Conference Treasurer, Bishop’s Executive Assistant (served over 225 churches), General Conference Delegate – 1992,1996, 2000. Episcopal Subcommittee (charged with matching bishops to areas of work), 2000. (all AME Zion) Executive Committee, Providence Presbytery; Charlotte Presbytery - Committee on Ministry, and its Subcommittee on Peacemaking (concerned with sexual misconduct matters involving clergy) (PCUSA). Currently co-authoring two additional works for publication: the first is a competency based, age graded Christian Education curriculum that tracks faith development with psychological development; the second is a series of theological essays and an accompanying workbook concerning aspects of the nature of God. I have also accepted a consignment to write an “as told to” autobiography for Bishop George Battle, Jr., Senior Bishop AME Zion Church, retired, and inductee into Baltimore’s Blacks in Wax Museum. Subject recently passed – assessing whether the subject’s widow is interested in completing the volume posthumously.
