1. In-charge ART clinic with an accumulated number of over 350 clients since 2005 reporting to the MoH- Uganda with Infectious Disease Institute (IDI) as the Implementing Partner and the activities funded by PEPFAR.
2. I manage a team of over 15members in day-to-day activities 3. Organising and running camps and outreaches for Sim’s Medical Centre including SRHR, SMC, and HCT camps at the facility

Cephas is a Clinician as well as a Public Health Specialist having a rich Clinical experience of over18 years in HIV/AIDS, TB, Sexual and Reproductive Health, research and general health care. His research specialisation is in SRHR and HIV using either qualitative or quantitative or mixed methods designs. He is also the in charge of the ART clinic which reports to the MoH- Uganda with the Infectious Disease Institute
(IDI) as the Implementing Partner and the activities funded by PEPFAR. He has had several trainings in HIV/AIDS and Sexual and Reproductive Health including Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health and Sexual and Reproductive Health Research. He has had two publications and two peer reviewed journal articles on SRHR and HIV as well as abstract presentations at international conferences in HIV/AIDS including the International AIDS Society conference (IAS 2017) for HIV Science in Paris and he had an abstract accepted for presentation at the European AIDS Clinical Society conference (EACS 2017) in Milan Italy and at the International Conference for AIDS and STIs in Africa (ICASA 2017) in Cote d’Ivoire. His last publication was on ASRH in schools in Uganda. He has so far co-authored four research papers in HIV
& TB and one was presented at EACS 2017 conference and the other three at ICASA 2017.
