·Responsible for multiple projects in the Merck Omaha facility – very similar role as assigned at the Pfizer facility in Michigan but on a smaller scale as far as the facility is concerned.

·As noted below for Pfizer this assignment requires close coordination with production management and stakeholders that are identified for each project.

·There are approximately 600 workers on site therefore information sharing, and client management is extremely important.

·Marriott Hotel Renovation ~$200M, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands:

·Management of a project that involved complete demolition and new building and interior renovation of a very large hotel complex because of two Cat 5 hurricanes that devastated the facility in 2017.

·The Owner also targeted critical equipment/infrastructure upgrades, this required extensive procedural processes validating the requirements and justifying the expenditures.

·This involved planned budgets and scheduling, in addition to “in service” work performed in a manner that would afford the client the earliest possible opening. This work also included high voltage substation rebuilding.

·Responsible for design/build projects completed for the U.S. Military in Iraq and Kuwait under cost-reimbursable and firm-fixed- price contracts. Projects were of large-scale industrial types and were executed under difficult circumstances, these projects ranged from high voltage transmission lines to sweet water canal and pumping station refurbishment, medium voltage distribution systems including substations, dam repair and underground sanitary repairs. ·Adhaim Dam; assessment of existing remedial project repair, completed engineering study to determine stability and work required to complete the project. $5M

·Diyala Governate medium voltage electrical distribution system including substations. $5M

·Kuwait/Iraq Border Crossing Facility, design/build firm fixed price fast track managed from start to finish, on time and under budget. Extreme conditions in remote location. $10M
