The purpose of GD ARC (Gas Distribution As-Built Records Collection) project is to scan physical records/documents that contain information about the Gas assets including materials used, tests performed and other asset-related details. The goal is to scan each of these documents and capture the specific metadata about each As-Built. This metadata and scanned documents in form of PDFs will then be loaded into Documentum through an import process.

Analyzed and reviewed high level Requirements and technical design document to gain overall understanding of the functionality of the application.

Created and maintained Requirement Traceability Matrix as there were 4 different work streams (GIS, SAP, ECM and Kiosk).
