MaCRoM application is a single vendor app that helped with multiple work areas of the Control room like Shift handover, Work Instructions, Creating Daily event logs, Work/Shift Scheduling, Alarm Management notifications and to assist and adhere with PHMSA rules and regulations.

Created As Is and To be business process flows. Presented the flows to business for their approval.

The purpose of GD ARC (Gas Distribution As-Built Records Collection) project is to scan physical records/documents that contain information about the Gas assets including materials used, tests performed and other asset-related details. The goal is to scan each of these documents and capture the specific metadata about each As-Built. This metadata and scanned documents in form of PDFs will then be loaded into Documentum through an import process.

Analyzed and reviewed high level Requirements and technical design document to gain overall understanding of the functionality of the application.

Created and maintained Requirement Traceability Matrix as there were 4 different work streams (GIS, SAP, ECM and Kiosk).

Maintained design documents for all 4 work streams and followed up with the respective teams on the status of development and testing for the same.
