Responsibilities:

Carry out the scheduled inspection of all plant equipment and initiate requests based on inspection results. In case of anomaly, perform first analysis and define priorities for each action. Monitor and co-ordinate condition predictors, for all critical equipment through specific inspections.

Inspection (specific & first level) of Packers, Bucket Elevators, screw conveyors. Internal inspection of the Cement Mill( Ball Mill UMS 5.4*14m ( specific & first level) Inspection of Step liners, Intermediate diaphragm, Head liners, Centre screen, out let head liner, spray nozzle etc.

First level inspection of the rotating and stationery equipments. Internal Inspection of the vertical Raw mill ATOX-50, And vertical coal Mill ATOX-25, (specific & first level)

First level inspection of the Rotary kiln5*80m, monitoring its bearing temperatures, tire position, tire migration.

Inspection of grate cooler 1484, its CFG, RFT, CIS (MFR), and flexible connection. Inspection of ESP its rapping mechanism, chain sage etc. Inspection of Aumund conveyor.

Inspection of bag filters.

Specific inspection of Pfister.

Follow-up and update preventive maintenance schedule. Ensure rectification of any fault observed during inspection of the area. Validate and update equipment specification files and history sheets. Share with production/process patrollers the outcome of inspection. Keep in file the information related to the execution of inspection (first level and specific). In order to create new job plans:

Use and update existing job plans library.

Evaluate and improve the preventive maintenance job plans from supplier’s recommendation. Improve/update existing job plans based on experience and equipment history. Contribute to the RCA (Root Cause Analysis), recommending corrective actions. Participate to the Reliability committee.
