Experience
15 years 3 Months of experience in Health safety and Environment in the Heavy Construction sector. Job Responsibilities
Conducting the safety training programs.
Implementation of Permit to work (Hot Work, Cold Work, Electrical Confined Space and Excavation Permit).
Preparation of HSE Plan, ERP Plan, Environmental Plan, Mansoon Plan and Waste Management Plan.
Conduct Risk assessment.
Prepare JSA/HIRA.
Communication with Client and Head office.
Implementation of safety check lists.
Conduct safety audits (IMS Audit-9001,14001 and 45001).
Safety meetings periodically.
Preparation of Reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
Identify the unsafe/hazardous practices, situations and make action plan.
Standardization of personal protective equipment for optimum use.
Conduct safety poster competition, and safety quiz and safety awards and Emergency preparedness studies.
Identification of potential occupational hazards and introduces appropriate measures.
Regular evaluation of housekeeping of all the areas at site.
Implement safety promotional activities like safe slogan competition, excavation, etc.
To maintain daily documentation work and tool box meeting.
Maintain record as per training for the workers.
Investigate root cause of accident.
Contractor Review meeting.
Near Miss report and Alert preparation.
