Led and managed spectrum harvest of 4G LTE and redeployment to 5G within tight schedule for South Region for approximately 14,000 sites

Developed Alteryx module for radar interference analysis for South Region markets that identified potential radar interference for all planned / on-air sites in the network and implemented design solutions to avoid future changes and save cost.

Designed and created Alteryx module that automated B41 RF spectrum configuration process for sites requiring RF intake for on-air cell integration, reducing processing time by 90%

Produced and provided frequency retune plans, including site lists, channel assignments and spectrum holding maps to Market teams for multiple phases of spectrum migration from 4G to 5G.
