Resume:
Responsible for the full layout dimensional evaluation of new models, new dies (SRC FG and Mold Parts) during the initial trial and product development.
Conduct product dimensional audit requested by QA Section periodically and/or as required by the customers.
Responsible for the preparation of report related to dimensional evaluation of parts undergone IQCP and CPK monitoring for new products and/or parts undergone major 4M changes. Responsible for the on time release of final report for the full layout inspection, product audit, IQCP (with CPK monitoring) and setting evaluations.
Performs statistical inspection control method using X-bar and R Chart to determine the stability of the machine and process within and after the period of Initial Quality Control Plan. Performs special measurement for mold parts dimension points' evaluation needed to verify during quality problem investigation.
Assists QC Engineer in reviewing and updating Product Specification and tolerance versus Parts' Technical Drawing to assure correct dimensional specifications. Responsible for the preparation and update of Master Sample of mold parts undergone 4M Change evaluation and approval.
Highly motivated and detail-oriented ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Expertise in conducting rigorous testing, inspections, and data analysis to maintain consistent quality throughout the production process. Proficient in using a variety of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMMs, etc.) and conducting accurate inspections to ensure product consistency and high quality.
