To whom it may concern,

I am a proud United States Army Veteran, with an MBA in Business Leadership. I’ve worked for companies such as Allstate, Cleary University, United States Military (Army) and VFG Associates Financial Planning. I led onboarding in a Project Management role at Snuggle Puppy where I acquired, merged, and integrated new client relationships (including bringing on Target), streamlined sales operations to increase sales, and organized presentations for our products. Since joining Snuggle Puppy, the most rewarding part has been onboarding clients, followed closely by fulfilling leadership roles outside of my hired position such as leading groups within the company and creating new processes.

I worked for Cleary University, second to the director, and was a leader in creating initiatives in both Howell and Detroit, with a new communication process to bring departments together and developing an enrichment program for the Detroit campus. I also took the initiative of starting a Veterans Program for Cleary Students, and created fundraising initiatives to get the program running .I personally planned events to maximize outreach and influence.I’ve created processes and expanded relationships to increase our company’s footprint and revenue generation. My approach to project management is largely inspired by my military career and sales experience, which you’ll find reflected in my resume. With a penchant for staying disciplined, hard work and teamwork, I’m passionate about finding innovative ways to improve processes and communications. And I’ve been recognized by my superiors and team members for my contributions in improving the company. I look forward to a long term relationship and bringing these same strengths to my next role.
