• Review of all loan documents to ensure that conditions are completed and loans are funded in a timely manner.

• Validation of fees with Business Partners to ensure property disclosure for disbursement.

• Enter loan information and ensure data is correct by cross checking with source documents provided.

• Demonstrating expertise while following up funding for adjustments, missing conditions, and processing/resolving return receivables.

• Reviewed state guidelines to assure client have met all requirements and/or restrictions for the state.

• Reviewing all reconciliation reports delivere to assure all wires/deposits have been posted to their perspective files in Resware.

• Setting up outgoing wires in Multiple Bank.

• Final Approver for all outgoing wires

• Performing miscellaneous duties required.

• Tasked included Shipping of closing packages to lenders.

• Recording of documents in Simplifile

• Policy Preparation

• Pre-balancing files to incoming funds prior to disbursement, and confirm all funds are collected and appropriate documents have all signatures collected, and acknowledgements and legal descriptions are correct.

• Correct all taxes due, HOA dues, and any delinquencies and or principal and interest.

• Ensure that all payoffs have been collected mailed, delivered, or wired according to instructions.

• Verifying against the Closing Disclosure that all disbursements have been paid correctly. CERTIFICATIONS
