D.Work Experience

March 2018 to Date: I work as the Credit officer, Bristol Park Hospital which is currently having five branches in Nairobi, Machakos and Kitengela Respectively. I have managed the Machakos branch for the last Six Years to prepare claims before submission to Insurances for payments and updating all the cash clients on their bills and payments advisory to seal the gap of making the hospital to lose revenues due to unpaid bills. I negotiate with Insurance on Preauthorization’s making sure that The Hospital medical processes run smoothly and all claims be payable within the agreed timelines since I have built a very strong networks with quite a number of insurances, I Manage Clients medical covers within the hospital, and closely working with all departmental heads within the hospital to ensure all interventions are well utilized to improve on Hospital revenues time to time.

January 2017 - 31st December: While at Minet Insurance Brokers Limited, with over 200 number of staffs worked as a data entry in relations to claim analyst, Fortis both edit (indexing) and scan station, verifying medical claims both hard copies and online claims (KPO). Hospitals were paid on time and recommendation letter of service was served for my faithfulness and being a committed staff.

May 2016-December 2016: I served, jointly with 300 number of staffs at Deepa Industry Limited (Tropical Heat) as a store man where I was keeping the records of products made and sold as per the industry’s performance.

January7th 2015 –April 2016: I worked as a receptionist, receiving and attending to guests who were coming, making sure that all the offices doors and windows are closed and opened at the right time at Firstlove Pentecostal Church Umoja. The department had 16 number of staff. Receiving parcels and mails and deliver them to their respective offices, I was making sure that all the communications as pertaining my work was done on time.

August-December 2014: I worked as an insurance agent with Madison Insurance Moi avenue Branch doing risk management, Financial Advisory and prospecting clients for Insurance policies.

May-July 2014: At Radio Kisima FM, I worked as an intern radio presenter doing radio program editing, and presentation, promotional and marketing activities for various products. I left “Pako Ruoth” program intro which still run in the radios Station.

March-August 2012: At Nyandama Hills Academy, I worked as an untrained teacher where I taught Mathematics and social Studies to the upper Classes. During this time The performance shoot from 48% to 72% performance.
