Job Describtion :
o Review the Electrical drawings, reports, specification submitted by the technical office at each stage of the Design to ensure completeness, correctness, compliance with the scope of work and agreements requirements. Equipment and materials for the projects.
o Review the technical office / subcontractor(s) submittals, collate comments, and ensure comments are
incorporated.
o Represent the contractor in attending technical
meetings with the Consultant and other
Sub-Consultants.
o Coordinate with Project Document Controller and PMC QA / QC Eng. to ensure that all documents related to his discipline are appropriately controlled.
o Review the materials proposed by procurement /
subcontractor(s) and propose an alternative to improve the quality, Ensure maintenance, safety, and cost- effectiveness.
o Coordinates, schedules, and attends coordination design / schedule matters and follows through to ensure required action is done as required.
o Responsible for project timescales and commercial budgets are updated and issued to key internal
stakeholders.
o Monitor and coordinate the work effort of all electrical engineers to ensure their scope of work is in
conformance with the project budget, schedule and
development guidelines and specifications.
o Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and the required health and safety inspections are carried out to keep the development and workplace a safe
environment for all.
o Close Coordination with all other design disciplines to ensure the right and sufficient provision of spatial arrangement and MEP infrastructure for all electrical systems site wide.
o Arranging the Systems Testing and commissioning
activities.
o Driving the Client training and project handing over process to the client operation team.
