PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Throughout my academic journey, I have developed

proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning, and business intelligence tools such as SQL, R, Tableau, and Power BI. My master's

program allowed me to work on hands-on projects

involving predictive modeling, A/B testing, and data- driven problem-solving, and in my capstone class, I worked with Artificial Intelligence and AutoM tools like cloud-based Azure. Auto ML Studio to develop

four prediction models using regression algorithms, four forecasting models using time series algorithms, and four classification models using multiple

classification algorithms.

Capstone Project: The University of New Haven -

Port Authority of New York and NJ Data

Analytics Project.

Role and description of the capstone project: Here at The Port Authority, we pride ourselves in trying to keep the region moving through our facilities. Over the past few years and especially after Covid we have been implementing efforts to help detail overall health and areas for improvement within our facilities. Some efforts take priority and with that we may not always be able to do robust analysis of all our data since keeping everything in good repair takes priority and that's where we could use some help. For our facilities at the Holland Tunnel, George Washington Bridge, Lincoln Tunnel, and the rest of our outer bridges, we want to know what our busiest times are throughout the years and how our traffic and speeds are affected by things like seasonality, weather, and holidays. We are concerned about the traffic and patterns that may arise in the data that can help us figure out what affects our facilities most and if there's anything we can do to help mitigate any negative effects.

Academic Project 1:

Account Management Treatment Impact Analysis and

Visualization.

OBJECTIVE OF THE: Project with the ongoing treatments against high-risk customers, I analyzed the impact of the initiative on customers who have been treated. The actual size write-off saving from the initiative. Compare the change spending, gallon pumped, and revenue generated from customers at certain time intervals before and after the treatment date.
