Analytical Research and Quality Technician September 2023-Present

Performed over 16 different analytical tests to understand/determine wheat properties and characteristics as well as support 23 mills around the country with data.

Proved to be an integral member of the safety team by completing various tasks to audit the labs.

Leads new hire onboarding and safety training.

Performed LECO maintenance, validated and interpreted data, presented on various topics such as common wheat diseases, and was an essential part in several special projects relating to emerging nutrition.
